“Concerns will be raised about Tramway Terrace and its future in todays Tynwald sitting.

Daphne Caine will put questions to the infrastructure and environment ministers about the building a findings from a recent report surrounding it.

In October last year the DOI produced plans to demolish the building.

But two months later, a report commissioned by engineers for DEFA said there's no evidence that the building is incapable of repair.

The Garff MHK - who is also chair of the Douglas Bay Tramway Heritage Trust - told Manx Radio she's concerned if it's left too long the state of the building can deteriorate.”

Mrs. Caine’s comments can be heard HERE.
