MER Operating season commences on Tuesday, March 15, 2022
Isle of Man Railways has now published details of the Heritage Railways services which will operate during 2022. For the first time since before the COVID-19 pandemic broke, services on the Manx Electric Railway, Snaefell Mountain Railway & Isle of Man Railway will operate seven days a week during the summer peak period. Pleasingly, a service is also expected to operate on the Douglas Bay Horse Tramway, although no specific dates have yet been made known.
