Notes: DAF 10 delivered carrying registration GMN 617E but never licensed with this plate, and is the second bus to carry T10 MAN; DAF 4 withdrawn 2010 following accident damage leaving the fleet 2013 after spares removal.

ABOVE: This bus - seen here at Jurby on August 2nd 2026 was one of 10 vehicles purchased in 2003, and operated on theisland until 2014, when it was sold to Southdown PSV in Sussex. After a number of years lying unused it was rescued in 2025 by Danny Evan and is now part of the Town & District preservation group in West Yorkshire. It has been faithfully restored to its Isle of Man livery.

The DB250LF was the first low floor double decker to enter service in the UK after receiving an order from London Transport and Arriva in large numbers. one of the purchased 33 of these DAF double deckers also 21 Dennis Tridents with identical bodywork, and only a trained eye could tell the difference.

These vehicles meant that Isle of Man Transport was one of the first operators in the British Isles to have a 100% low floor fleet.
