"A wagon caught in power lines caused delays in Laxey today.
The wagon was caught on the MER overhead lines by the Mines Tavern and the Ramsey bound carriageway was blocked for a time.
Motorists were advised to expect delays in the area and follow directions from police and road signs.
At 2.20pm, police confirmed the wagon had been removed and the road was clear."
