The Manx Electric Railway’s 2018 operating season is due to commence on Friday, March 16, with the Snaefell Mountain Railway scheduled (according to IoM Transport's website) to follow on Thursday, March 29. It will be recalled that the SMR’s 2017 season was cut short in the fallout from the runaway incident involving Car No.2.
The Douglas Horse Tramway will operate from Thursday, March 29 until Sun, November 4 in 2018.
