That's the question Garff MHK Daphne Caine will put to minister Tim Crookall in Tynwald this week.
When the court sits on Tuesday, she'll ask Mr Crookall to publish a surveyor's report on Tramway Terrace.
She also wants the minister to make a statement on the department's plans for the building - last October the DOI said the building was unsafe and needed immediate demolition, before changing its mind.”
