It's regarding the delay to the installation of the section of the horse tram tracks between the War Memorial and the Sea Terminal. The Tynwald committee looking into the ongoing roadworks in the area is calling for evidence. It's now expected the refurbishment scheme will finish by Easter next year, with the horse tramway to be completed the following winter.
