Happily, despite fears for its future, the Douglas Horse Tramway will operate during 2016. The service commences on Monday 16th May and runs through until Sunday 18th September. The tramway celebrates it’s 140th anniversary on Sunday 7th August, events to mark this milestone are currently at the planning stage.
