A planning application for the reconstruction of Loch & Harris Promenades, which includes the relocation and singling of the Douglas Horse Tramway, has been lodged by the IoM Department of Infrastructure.
A further application for the reconstruction of Central & Queens Promenade with the expected retention of double track will no doubt follow soon.
